so i turn 16 in june and i wanted to rent a limo and take my closest friends (4 girls) to the cheesecake factory. the max i plan to spend is 500.. less if possible for everything including the limo. so my questions are:
-how much does a limo cost per hour? i plan on 4 hours. is that enough to pick everyone up and then eat dinner and drop them off? or should they get picked upby their parents?
-how does a limo charge you. such as gas rates, hourly rates, tips for the driver, additional charges?
-do i need an adult chaperone in the limo ride?
-is the cheesecake factory a good place for a dinner party? others suggestions are welcome! i live on long island (suffolk county)
- how much is an entree, non alcoholic drinks, cheesecake?
-should i buy the whole cheesecake or half or slices or do they have birthday cakes? or can i buy it somewhere else and have them serve it?
i would appreciate any other ideas but i really just want to spend it with my 4 closest friends so keep that in mind:) thank you so much!

i would have a sleepover at my house but were getting our floors redone and it wont be done in time for the party since we are basically redoing the whole second floor (which is where i would have the sleepover)

In the sims 2 my sim got into the secret society, but because there wasn't one the limo came back. My sim never got out and I quickly went to the neighbourhood and put the society there. However, going back to the dorm again the limo is still there and won't go, and my sim vanished. I tried teleporting him out, but that did not work, and when I go to buy mode and move the limo he isn't even sitting there. I'm afraid to delete the limo in case he never comes back - any suggestions?

I bought a strech limo and plan to use it as a personal vehicle, in other words it won't be rented out or used for commercial use. It holds 5 in the back and 2 up front. Wondering if I need a special license since it's not being used professionally and no one is paying me to ride in the car.
