Most Americans don’t know what a SVA Certificate is, so to get an answer please explain it’s purpose. In general it is not a good idea to ship cars manufactured to U S standards to Europe, or vice versa.
The emissions standards and safety requirements are different, and getting the vehicle to comply with the other country’s requirements can become prohibitively expensive.
