Why Did Congress Imposed Taxes On Smoking Instead On Private Jets And Limousines?

I agree, I'm sure they would make a pretty good profit off of selling their jets and limo's but the Socialist Fatcats have gotten too comfortable in their positions to sell their much needed transportation.Of course they could always drive themselves or buy a plane ticket but then that would just knock themselves down into the almost nonexistent middle class and none of us would want that now would we?;)
