Corvette, Hummer Or Limo For Wedding Transportation? Help Me Decide?
What would you rather have to ride to/from wedding ceremony and reception?
ZHZ corvette: http://www.egmcartech.com/2008/06/09/her…
Hummer H3 http://www.knfilters.com/images/press/hu…
or a limo.
I wanted a vintage car, but cannot find one anywhere to rent.
I am not a fan of limos and wanted to do something different.
I can rent the Corvette for $600 for 3 days,
the Hummer for $350 for 3 days or
pay $500 for a limo for about 6 hours.
what do you think? The corvette is fun, but could be kinda small to smoosh my dress into. Hummers are kinda normal where we live.
Help, I am stuck

The vette would be cool, but there’s your gown and comfort to think of, too.
Also, you need to consider the wedding party.
We ended up renting a white van (yeah, not upscale, but very cool when decorated) so all of us could be in one vehicle – 10 adults all together was LOTS of fun! Cost was $50 plus gas for 24 hours. It wasn’t that we were cheap, it was the best choice for us!
Even if you are in a small town, there are bound to be cities near you where you can arrange for a vintage car, if you still want to, and seems like price isn’t a problem for you. See if there are car clubs around, ask at dealerships, etc. http://www.pakwheels.com/images/forums/2...
THIS would be the ultimate limo!http://globalmotors.net/charger-rt-dayto…
Whichever you prefer darling. Honestly, I feel like limos are a waste of money, but they are so “traditional” you know, so you and your bridesmaids can all travel together, and the same for the guys. I wouldn’t do the hummer, and the corvette is a bit small. Do you have a place that rents some luxiourious or “exotic” cars? I don’t see anything wrong with just renting a car opposed to the renting a limo.
I’ve never thought of a sports car…esp. a corvette…so that’s a pretty cool idea.
As for vintage rental cars…it depends on the location, but I found vintagerentacar.com (in Victoria, BC), limores.net, http://www.101classiccarrental.com (I don’t know where the last two are located). Otherwise, you can try google or yahoo searches for “vintage rental cars” and you get a TON of websites. To narrow it down, you can do a local search (which can get you everything within 50 miles of where you live.
How about getting a stretch SUV? That is different and still ‘formal’. Or go with the Hummer. Whatever you want. If you go with the hummer it will be unique. It’s up to you and him… just go with what will be the most fun for you to ride in and what you’ll feel best with.
i really love the idea of a vintage car
i would put an ad in your local newspaper for tomorrows paper asking if anyone would like to rent their vintage rolls royce or ford gt
good luck, but if i had to pick from the above: i would stick with a sleek black limo (thinking of your dress!)
I like the Corvette, the Hummer is about as romatic as a tank. Check executive auto rentals or vintage car sales for a classic
how did the ring sizing turn out?
well, i would not waste money on a car rental. Why don’t you drive away in your own car? this is like taking 600 dollars and tossing it into a trashcan.
Limo,
because its alot more traditional and a hummer and a corvete are blah!!!!!!!!!!LIMO!!!!!!!!!!
Hummers are so white trashy. Sorry. I’d stick with the limo.
Wedding dresses and corvettes don’t mix. Stick with the limo
