Instead of a limousine you might want to think about a Town Car. It's a beautiful car, not as long as a limousine but less expensive and perfect for what you would like to do. You can also call a antique car club since some of their members use their cars for special events. They are inexpensive as well and just as beautiful.

My only suggestion is to search craigslist.
That is a crazy-low price for my area so its going to be hard anywhere near NY. BUT craigslist may have folks who aren't fully in the business and trying to get into it and are offering bargain prices. Its how I found my photographer.
