I am looking for a cheap limo service in the northeast ohio area (cleveland ) does anyone know of any?

I looked under Cheap Limo Services – Cleveland Ohio and found a few. There was one that was advertising $40/hr. I believe it was called Jim’s Limo service and the website is http://www.jimslimo.com . Hope that helps you out.

or try a cool car from a rental agency….that is what I did and it turned out really cool. Or “Driver” really got into it and found a hat! Everyone loved it. But check out how old you have to be 25 or more usually.
