I saw a couple leave in a helicopter, very cool! My fiance and I discussed the bicycle built for two since we’re both avid mountain bikers as well. A canoe would be cool, my brother and his fiance did that, their reception was on a creek. My friends did a tractor because they live on a farm.
There are tons of options, be creative and try to think of things that fit the two of you!

We left on horseback (watch you dress though!) Each on our own horse. You can ask a local stable to supply horses for the day, they will require a couple of lessons ahead of time.

Have a car with shoes and cans tied behind it drive off without you and the two of you can run down the street after it.

depending on your money a carriage is alot!!! I’m on the fire dept where I live and were going to be riding away on the back of one of our trucks…
