I'm probably just driving over with my mom and then driving to the reception with my fiance in his convertible, with the top down and maybe some fun "just married" decorations all over it. My mom thinks I should rent a limo to take us to the reception, but I think it's a waste of money since we already have a nice car, and since the reception venue is like 3 miles away.

I'm dirving myself to save money.

We borrowed my hubby's parents bright yellow Chevy SSR. Didn't cost us anything extra, but was still special for the day.

We wanted to have our wedding party all together, so we just rented a basic, but very nice, Ford van so all 10 of us could fit - especially comfy for me with my big dress. We found no need to go fancier, because we decorated it anyway, and people don't exactly see much of it. (Plus, it was $50 for the rental for the whole day, plus gas, and you can't beat that!)

i had a horse and carriage. we got a great deal on it and i have always had my heart set on having one. it was part of my dream wedding. i had it take me and my dad into the garden where the ceremony was held and drop us of at the end of the isle so that we could walk down it. our reception was at the same place but i still had them take me and my husband for a little ride around town. it was really nice and it gave us a few private moments right after the wedding.

On my wedding day, I know it will be special, but with rising costs I would just take my own car. That way you would not have to have the person driving the limo to wait and pay extra money for time that you are not using.
But in using a limo, i'd go with the escalade

The girls are going in a limo and the guys are going in a hurst. At first I was like, "no way" but, it's all in fun, and it's his day too. Eh, what the heck, it'll be a good laugh.

My husband & I prefered an oldies car..we decorated it with a just married sign and paper flowers…it looked lovely!

My fiancee (husband — once we get into the car), and I will be riding in a 10 passenger limo with our parents. I really wanted to rent a Trolley so our entire wedding party could ride with us, but they were already booked. I think limos are old fashioned but it was the one detail that wasnt a big deal to me, and I let my mother handle it, so she would feel included.

I rode in a horse drawn carriage.

Possibly a stretch Hummer. It does not fit our theme at all but I love Hummers so that's what we're planning on getting. We need some form of transportation since we're not getting married at home, so either way we need to rent something. But for our reception (which is a different day) we're going to borrow his brother-in-law's 69 Dodge Charger. We love muscle cars and it's my fiancé favorite car.

We are using an RV. My family brings it because of a lot of cousin how are young.
